Sex In Later Life

Sex can age like wine, rather than puttering out as you get older.

While much of the mainstream sees a significant decline in their sex lives with aging, it doesn't have to be this way!

Let's bust this "old people don't have earth-shattering sex" myth to pieces...

Sexual energy needs to FLOW.

It's less so age that makes us "old" and more so that we stagnate, become rigid, get too stuck in our ways, and lose our flexibility, sense of adventure and passion.

When we stagnate, so do our bodies and sexual energy. Rather than a fresh, flowing, vital river, they become a mucky swamp.

Kundalini yogis say that your age is determined by the flexibility of your spine. The spine is the bridge between our root and crown, our central channel through which our qi flows, and our axis from which all movement stems.

When energy is blocked, so is vitality and pleasure.

Therefore, consistent movement, yoga, breathwork, qi gong, self-cultivation or self-pleasure practices to keep your juices flowing is key!

Furthermore, men can lose enormous amounts of vital sexual essence, what the Taoists call jing, over the course of a lifetime of frequent ejaculation. This can deplete their vital reserves over time and lead to issues like Ejaculatory Disorder Premature Ejaculation that they've maybe never had until they got older, or perhaps have gotten worse with age.

While there are many other reasons Ejaculatory Disorder and Premature Ejaculation can occur, this is often a big one. The wisdom of the body doesn't want to let go of its essential reserves so often and therefore resists, often leading to ED or delayed orgasm.

Mastering non-ejaculatory orgasm can be a game-changer for preserving vitality when you're young to avoid later problems, and for rebuilding vitality when you're older to overcome current problems... all while massively increasing your pleasure and allowing you to last as long as you want.
